He is elected, he can be replaced. If he wronged you, make it your mission to accomplish that end.
I don't know the man but if he is judging people's character by the type of clothing they are wearing, he needs to reevaluate his methodology. I mean really, who tucks in a polo shirt? If I was in court I would.. And that is good, I would have mine tucked in as well, BUT not tucking in a shirt shouldn't be grounds for being detained by a power hungry dick of a judge.
