I bought the GF the Axis youth in 7mm-08.
It came with the factory no name scope for about $349. It shoots well even with the cheap scope on it and will do everything she will ever need to do.
Looks like the youth trophy hunter 7mm-08 with a nikon scope from buds guns is $465 with free shipping.
Id spend the extra and get the TH over the Axis. Better scope, better stock.
x2...You'll also get more back out of it later if you sell it due to the action being desirable for custom builds.
