Wouldn't have happened on the Ua campus. Bama players never go to class. Why should these kids be kicked off a football team? If this is the worst they have done is make hissing noises at a dog and cussing around a female, I'd consider them some of the most well behaved football players in the NCAA.
I don't condone what they did it should be dealt with but I don't believe it warrants kicking them off a team. It isn't like they beat a woman.

Kicking them out is a little harsh but they need to be taught some respect. I've read in some earlier posts about how the lady "likes to start trouble" and all that mess. Whether she's a drama queen or not she served so those punk assholes could play a game on TV, and she deserves respect for that. I still think she should have turned the dog on them and let it get a piece of their ass. I suspect that if this happened in an airport with a random service member and some random punk kid, and this was posted in the general forum most of the views on the topic would be quite different.

I think people need to realize that even people that served in the armed forces can be assholes too. If she's a drama queen like they say then she needs to check herself. It ain't like they kicked her dog. I see vets and service members being peckerheads every day. John Kerry was a vet and so was Jimmy Carter. I wouldn't piss on either one of them.

I also read that her supposed PTSD had nothing to with combat as she was never deployed in a combat zone. She was supposedly sexually assaulted and it stems from that. Who knows. I followed a link to a post she made about this incident with the football players and it read like some of the most over reactive drama queen bull###t I have ever had the misfortune to lay eyes upon. The way she overreacted to this incident the supposed sexual assault could have been somebody trying to shake hands with her at a dinner party. Sounds like a major head case to me.

Are you still considered a VET if you just complete BootCamp? I swear I read somewhere that is as far as she went!

Sorry... I just have pretty strong feelings about this and it hits close to home. My aunt and uncle were career military and both retired from the USAF with the rank of Chief Master Sargeant. Both served all over the globe.
I won't go into details but there was a family issue involving a grandaughter and a boy. The boy thought it would be cool to disrespect my aunt and call her some choice names. It didn't work out well for him..... we will just leave it at that.

Well known Auburn homer Jay Tate's chimed in on it to the bunker masses.... Jay G. Tate Post #17063 Montgomery, Ala. MyFanPage Add Buddy Ignore **Regarding the gal making accusations against players Reply Please stop posting pictures of her and her personal information.
I understand why you're upset. I get that you want to smear her reputation and that's how you operate.
Still, that's just not something we're OK with here. So stop doing that. Jay knows the family well, it appears.

Must be something to it. Well from a PR standpoint what else could he do? In a case like this even if the girl in question was way out of line and grossly overreacted a large entity like Auburn University would come off looking bad if they officially went on the offensive against her. Better to just do what Gus did and let it die. But I have no doubts the girl overreacted. No, you aren't supposed to interact with a persons service dog which sounds like all these guys initially tried to do. But I would submit to you that it's one thing when you are talking about a service dog that is leading an obviously blind person around. That is a dog that is actively working and guiding a person that cannot see around obstacles and helping them avoid dangers. That is something you don't want to interfere with. But it is quite another thing to encounter a perfectly physically healthy person that just seems to have a dog. How do you even know at first glance that it's a service dog? What is a dog in the possession of a PTSD patient actively doing when out in public? I get that it may help them by being a companion or something but hell that's what most people buy a dog for. And it's hardly anything that the dog could be easily distracted from. "I needed some nurturing from my dog at that precise moment and they spoke to him,..Waaaaaaaaaa!!" Good grief. I don't feel sorry for the players or the girl. My sympathy is reserved for anyone that has to spent more than 30 minutes a day around her drama queen ass. So I guess what I'm saying is that I feel sorry for the dog.

A true service dog or working dog is going to have a vest that is highly visible and states that said dog is a service dog and do not pet or distract. Unfortunately some people are trying to pass off their yard dog as a service dog these days. So I guess what I'm saying is that I feel sorry for the dog. I wish the dog had pissed on all their legs and ran off.

Unfortunately some people are trying to pass off their yard dog as a service dog these days.
Yeah, we had a doctor that used to come work some weekends in the ER. When he did he would just stay in a room at the hospital. He had a dog he would sometimes bring. When the hospital administration told him he could not bring a dog into the hospital he went and had it officially designated as a "Therapy Animal". He said it was extremely easy to do. That is why I do not consider these "Companion" dogs a service animal that should be afforded the same rights as a true "Service" dog. A true working dog to me is a seeing eye dog that guides the blind, a bomb sniffing dog, or a rescue dog that helps find lost people. A companion animal? What pet isn't a companion animal? Here check this link out. All you have to do is send off for a kit. You can have your pet designated as whatever you want. Dog Certificates

It is amazing how quickly people will try to blame the accuser and smear their reputation..... I do not know if it's true or not,but it is sad to see men that have wives and daughters pile on a girl without knowing her personally or being a witness to the incident. And yet you apparently have no problem with two young men being smeared by people who know just as little about the actual incident. Even calling for them to be kicked off the team without knowing the facts. Double standard much? And I'm not smearing her reputation. Every word I've posted came from her own posts on twitter or her public records at military websites. I have only sought to counter this BS depiction of her as a crippled war hero who fought for these two men's freedom to play football and now look at how they treat her. She was in the Air Force for 18 months. She seems to have literally started filing for a disability discharge the second she finished boot camp. She was never deployed in a war zone or any place that anybody fired a shot in anger. In fact she never deployed anywhere as she never even finished her technical training. She eventually got a medical discharge for having a pilonidal cyst and scoliosis. The first is not a permanently debilitating illness and the second is a condition she would have had since childhood and should have precluded her getting into the military in the first place if it was indeed bad enough to get her medically discharged 18 months later. There was no mention of a sexual assault in her discharge status although that is now what she claims her PTSD stems from. I won't rehash my feeling about the difference in a real working dog and this companion dog BS but instead I'll leave you with a photo. Much has been made of the horrible transgression of these two guys speaking to her "companion" dog. But it seems like a confusingly inconsistent transgression in light of the following photo. Yep, that's a photo of her dog taken from one of her own accounts. Seems as if it's only a major sin to speak to her dog when she randomly decides that it is. But in her defense I guess it is common sense that two football players would be more of a major distraction to her "companion" dog than a guy dressed up in a 6 and half foot f###ing tiger suit. I mean that s##t just goes without saying and those two young men should be ashamed that they didn't known the difference.

Auburn needs to give her $100,000.00 for her trouble and suspend the players fromantic spring practice and move on. Everyone should be happy and the players would be punished.
