Ok, I called U.S. Smokeless Tobacco. I got the answer that "they couldn't be sure what year Copenhagen would have been 27 cents a can, because tobacco prices are regulated by each individual state." So, I know we have some long time dippers on here, what's the cheapest you ever remember it being?
