If the northern part of Alabama was open for deer hunting like the southern zone would you still be hunting?

No, our deer have been done for two weeks. So when they quit breeding, far as you know, then it's time to stop hunting? How so?

Bucks are still chasing at our club in Conecuh county. I killed a worn down 7 point Saturday. No fat on him at all.

Probably not, 3 months is plenty Don't forget you would have given up days, so you wouldn't be hunting anymore just different days...

I'd still be hunting, if the season was open.
83% of all statistics are made up.

Absolutely!!! (if i hadn't already tagged out) I saw the largest buck I've ever seen alive in AL standing in the wide open Sunday afternoon at 3PM. Heck I contemplated extending the season but I figured the 243 I had would probably just bounce off of him anyway. At first I thought he was a decoy the gamewardens had staked out until he started walking. I've got a 156" on the wall and without hesitation I would swap it for the buck I saw Sunday. He was easily 160"+ He was limping noticeably. Somebody is probably still talking about the "big" one that got away. I'd be on suicide watch if that were me.
You're only as good as your worst shot-
