And heads up, there used to be a guy around there who claimed to be some sort of liason between you and a land owner, but I put two+two together that he was a scoundrel who was just sub-leasing the land. He'd lease you land for deer hunting, but have another group who rabbit hunted it simultaneously (for example). Plus, he would personally hunt any of your land any time he felt like it. Never did fall for his crap, but at one time it seemed like every tract I called about in that area, this same dude was the contact. Does this guy y'all are talking about last name start with an A and end with a K. If so, he almost got me as well.
