Wiley, IMO they screwed the pooch last year with GameCheck and now we still have the voluntary system, which ain't worth two toots.
Get it in place and get it rolling, or we'll pretty much have what we have now. DCNR should get it right this time, though.
And this year made the WHOLE state 1 doe a day, when they had zones set up with different days and never gave them a chance.
