Until hunters realize that just because you "can" legally kill two does per day, one doe a day, or 5 does a season it doesn't mean you "have" to kill them, it want matter what DCNR does. Hunters should use a common sense approach on their hunting property, i.e. if you are seeing little to no deer, don't shoot does. If you are seeing a high a quantity of does, shoot a few. It is absolutely ridiculous for grown men to have to be regulated at all by the DCNR.
