I have a 24x32 I just finished. I have 4 sets of 8' h.o. tube lights. They are bright . I also put another one of those lights right over my workbench area. I have 4 outlets in the 8' section where my workbench is. I did spray foam insulation bc my building is for my spray truck and chemicals which obviously cant freeze. With only an electric oil heater it hasnt gotten below 45 inside. If you cut the lights on it will jump to 55-60 in 15-20 minutes. Get OUTSWING doors. Alot harder to kick in/ break in. Get a good insulated garage door otherwise all of that insulation is wasted if it blows thru the garage door. Theyare a money pit bc u will always need/want another something to go in it or to do to it.
Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers.......... Si Robertson
