Sink, toilet, insulated roll up door, concrete pad on front. Also I would not skin a deer inside it. Just add something on the back with a door to enter your main building. Gas tankless water heater would be a plus.
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

Everybody who builds a shop forgets to have outdoor plugs and an outdoor faucet or two. And a flat area of outdoor concrete for doing projects that you can't do inside like spray painting stuff.

For deer I'd have a small "lean-to" portion built off of the north outside wall (so during winter it won't get any sun) with a skinning rack. If budget isn't any issue I'd also get a small walk-in cooler built using a "cool bot" to age the deer. http://www.storeitcold.com/ You can build one much, much cheaper than you can buy and they work just as well. Again, having hot water access at the skinning rack for yourself and knives/tools would be great.
