Correct me if i'm wrong, but you have a prepaid verizon phone I had AT&T for two years and it was a mess to say the least. When I used my cell I had to go outside turn around three times on my left foot scratch my head with my right hand and whistle Dixie to get reception. I got a Verizon at wally world and pay 45 a month for all the phone calls and texting. No contract I will never never get that never sign a contract. I have tried from a numerous location that I had no AT&T service and my Verizon has no problem. I do not know what your problem is but I have no problem with Verizon.
