Do LEO's use this decoy technique in other formats? Like leave a bag of drugs on the side walk and stop people that pick it up, or leave a yeti on a tailgate in a parking lot and watch it?
Yes, undercover prostitutes, bait cars, and undercover drug enforcement officers and I thank them for it. I'd hate to know what this country would be like without them.
