Had to go to Sylacauga to see a customer today. Timed it so i would be home by 3 and in a tree by 4. Ran about 15 minutes late.
Been in tree about 30 minutes and saw a nice doe come up out of the bottom where the 10 point I shot last week ran to. Decided not to shoot. Right at dark another doe came out on opposite side and ate within 20 feet of my tree. Our bucks are starting to get frisky so I didn't want to take out one of my decoys just yet.
