actually 2dogs the reg plainly states "bait or feed".....
"bait" is put out to lure game by definition, how can a GW then arrest a hunter for hunting "over bait" when the reg says bait is legal??? Gw says it is acting as bait if a deer goes to it??? WTH, sure it is but the reg addresses bait.
Like I said confusing(in total) bait laws and regs, poorly thought out, and worded, and even poorer directives from Montgomery about enforcement.
State Supreme Court would overturn any conviction if one followed the 100+ AND OUT OF SIGHT RULE.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
