Would be nice to see the acres/member on the higher priced clubs. No doubt, land leases have increased and will continue to rise. However, I bet the more expensive clubs have a better hunter/acre ratio than the less expensive clubs. Read the "Quit Deer Hunting Post" going on right now - most common complaint is having to hunt in a club. The desire to have large acreage with a low number of hunters is becoming more and more common.
precisely. the high dollar clubs are that way because they have very few members and high acreage, not just because of high cost per acre to lease.
