Well I'll also write, regardless of the funny looking hand, I appreciate the respect given towards the animal and the picture.
Notice how the legs are pulled in under the deer, his tongue is not hanging out, the blood has been cleaned off the mouth, and other places.
The hunter is positioned with the deer in a respectful manner to me, and the background is as beautiful as the deer.
A lot goes into taking quality pictures, particularly the time to do so, and unfortunately, there are things we don't notice until after the shot, like cats, dogs, quirky smiles, closed eyes, and funny looking hands, etc.
Just a few things I notice, when I look at any picture with game kills.

The color of his hand really? It's a shadow from the ear Quick, someone figure the angle of the sun. I'm more worried if he's right handed, he doesn't have a trigger finger on that hand . He doesn't even have a left hand, poor fella . Bet someone else shot that buck.

Yes, its duck land for sure...but those old VERY high dollar duck clubs dont fool with them dang ol deer...and they get old... Best deer hunting I've ever done was from a duck lease I had in NE Arkansas. Bout 20 min south of poplar bluff, mizzou. I had a little dry high spot that the land owner planted with clover. Bucks would walk through hundreds of yards belly deep water to get to it.

Can't believe know one has noticed his watch is on his right arm. Who wears a watch on their right arm? Defiantly photoshoped. A lefty. Or he could be a righty and wears it on the right cause he has no left hand to keep it on. Or the pic is a copy and reversed.

Look at shadow of his left arm where it touches top of deer, seems too dark, why isn't there the same shadow where the squatch hand touches deer. Great deer but I feel that individual is photoshopped on there. Bash away
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

i wear my watch on my right hand; yes, i'm left-handed. zooming in on my mac pro screen shows nothing but swollen pixels; image starts to break down in a normal digital way. shadows seem to line up correctly, but i ain't no pro looker ...

Way better picture. What a hoss of a buck! I'll be heading to the Missisippi delta to hunt on family land in a couple of weeks. From what they tell me and the pictures I've seen, they grow um big.
