I'm failing to understand some, most, of ya'll about this deer. Ya'll damn high fence hunting till the cows come home, then turn around and applaud killing that same deer just because it is outside the fence. It's the same defenseless, dumb as a rock buck that was in the fence a short time ago.....but now it is a GREAT kill!!!! Just like shooting a cow. Ya'll would kill a mans cow that got out????
Everyone around there, including the hunter, knew it was an escapee from a mans high fence deer farm. A deer that that man had invested a lot of time, effort, and money in raising. And yet everybody says screw him, he shouldn't of let it escape.
There's some twisted thinking going on..... Yep, prolly coulda came down from the stand and hand fed him then take him home as a pet instead of killing it.
