Way TOO MUCH around me. Shelby County must be full of gold mines or something. I've been looking around with no luck. Everyone must think their land is where the next big subdivision is going to be. I have seen it anywhere from $20k-$30k an acre. That's unincorporated too. If it was $1,000-$2,500 an acre around me, I'd buy as much as I could absolutely scrape together.
