Yes in Alabama, an unlicensed youth hunter has to be supervised by a licensed hunter.
Not true as far as private land is concerned. Only youth hunt or some public lands. Also it clearly states in the regulations that hunting can include every act of assistance to any person in taking or attempting to take wild animals. So by that definition you would need to take have a license to take him since you would be assisting him.
