it already is an 8point or better state. Thats the good thing about freedom is your free to hunt only 8points if you want. why would you want to restrict other peoples freedom. i like an occasional trophy but it wouldn't mean anything if it wasn't a rarity. also why would we want to cull all the 8 point genetics out of the deer herd.
