100 people on 4000 acres sounds alittle to crowded too me! Thats what it had as of 2 yrs ago...he gets land lease cheap... Pockets rest...he lives on the place in a trailer with his wife...they hunt every day of deer season...Of course their the only ones there a lot of days of the week... Has a trailer park on it...Has to be a trailer with tie downs installed...says its a safety issue and his insurance requires it...Of course the water and sewage water bill is a set amount of $250.00 a year.... must be hooked up to his septic system...probably 30 trailers on it... ....seems he ALWAYS a trailer or 2 for sale...
