I herniated L3-L4-L5 at St. Mere Eglise back in '95
Hurt like hell for a few years, went a few years with minimal trouble and then they kicked hard out into the sciatic nerve about 3 years ago. Wasn't sure I would make it through that one but finally pulled through. I hear ya, I've many a jumps and lots of miles walking around St. Mere. Some of my let's say fondest memories are jumping St.Mere and walking back to smoke bomb hill.
