I'm sorry but that much for deer hunting only is about he most ridiculous thing I've ever heard... bump. Good luck with finding someone You could go and try to lease 200 acres for the amount he's asking but it won't get you very far or very good land around that area. Not to mention the bunk house, cooler, planting all the perks he has. Bump for you looks like a great club..
