Not sure what could be more "humane" pretty sure a bullet will take longer to kill a hog than being blown to smithereens instantly

Personally not a fan of this. All life on this earth deserves respect, this was not that. God made every creature that inhabits this place and they all have a purpose.
I understand the devastation these hogs cause, but they are just being hogs. Build a trap, kill as many as you can, and use the meat or donate it. This is the kind of thing that non-hunters see and think this is what all hunters are like. ^^^^^....Is this a "Tears4Deer" post???

Ants are God's creatures.Does that mean I can't blow up anthills with firecrackers. You can do whatever you want, doesn't mean I will agree with your choices. Personally I don't take pleasure in killing for the sake of killing.

Honestly, sometimes when I take an animal, I do get a little choked up thinking about how that being gave up it's life so I could continue on. I think about how it's energy is going to become mine, and what a gift that is. I stand over the animal and think about how one day, that is going to be me lying there, having taken my last breath. I hope my last moments aren't at the hands of somebody just trying to get their rocks off.

We blow up people - why not hogs? Protecting ones country and hunting are two different things, kind of silly to make comparisons between the two. Would we blow up our enemies if we could get them to walk into an enclosure and shoot them one by one?

This is the kind of thing that non-hunters see and think this is what all hunters are like. We're gonna have to just disagree on this one. If you are overrun with hogs, it is nearly impossible to get rid of them if you try to "use the meat". sure, donate what you can, but at some point you're probably just gonna have to start killing every single one you see even if it means tossing them in a ditch. I agree on disagreeing. There are guys that would line up to come take these hogs and use the protein. Tossing a perfectly good animal in a ditch is a shame, plain and simple. If you don't have a plan for using the animal responsibly, don't pull the trigger. If this country really wants the hog problem stopped, they will only have to do one thing, legalize the sale of wild hog meat. Create an entrepreneurial incentive and they would be wiped out faster than you would imagine.

I have killed thousands of coyotes, and Im not going to start eating them! Killed lots of hogs too, but im not eating those nasty things either! I get payed to trap coyotes and hogs, but yet some treehugger would have us feel bad about that. The guy blew up hogs. Its not like he buried a bunch of kittens up too there head in sand and then ran over them with a riding lawn mower!!

Its not like he buried a bunch of kittens up too there head in sand and then ran over them with a riding lawn mower!! What's the difference in your kitten example and this? These guys are taking pleasure in the spectacle of killing these hogs without any intention of using the meat. That is where my displeasure lies. They are killing for sport, and it's these type of actions that get hunters in the hot seat.

We blow up people - why not hogs? Because it might offend the anti-hunters or hog loves like Hogwild! You know......that BS is getting f'ing OLD!!! Just because I try to hunt LEGAL and ETHICAL and don't give a fat rat's ass if you EVER get paid to kill or trap any animal again.......does not give you the Right to put words in my mouth!! I have caught/killed more hogs accidentally while looking for a good place to hunt than you have EVER killed on purpose. So save the 'Hogwild' comments. It is a healthy thing to do. Thanks!

Even if it had been funny the 1st 10 or 12 times you made the reference, it has long since been worn out. And, as far as I know, I have not been dishing anything out to you.....I don't even know you??? I asked you before to drop the 'hog lover' stuff, or implications that I somehow was 'protecting' or 'promoting' hogs. I will act like you forgot and we will just say this is a reminder. Carry on!
