XXL Depends on how wide your shoulders are. That is piss poor advice.....for comparison I'm 5'-10" and at one time weighed 210 lbs and a Large fit perfectly when I wore every piece of hunting clothing I own including bibs and big arse parka that I would wear when temp dropped below 15 degrees. For everyday 30-60 degree layering, the large is comfortably loose. During early bow or turkey hunting it's in the way. I wear a medium for warm weather. I am 5-11 but I were a size 48 jacket and have to were XXL stuff or its like a fat guy in a little coat. Oh and I weigh 210 use to be 300lbs And the fellow that posted said he was 6'3 and 220. So I haven't measured the guy and just went by what I have to use. Same as you are doing
