I'd be interested in this too, depending on location and reg's

Don't know the regs either but we shot them at the Elmore Co. CO OP one time back in the day and had a blast. There not real bright critters. We would shoot and they would circle around and keep coming back, we would shoot some more. Loaded em up and took them to an old man down from the house. He cleaned and ate them just like you would a dove.

They are just a larger dove. Growing up, we used to shoot em by a concrete plant. Tough lil bastards at times too.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Sure they aren't ring necks? x2
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I'm pretty sure there's no bag limit no closed season same as ring necks. They're not a native species so their fare game.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Pigeon is fair game year round but I doubt you can shoot them on a wma unless something else is in season. You aren't supposed to be armed on the wma out of season. That's my understanding too...

I doubt it. I don't know why the state is so weird about its public land here. There is zero reason I shouldn't be able to shoot a hog, a coyote, a crow, pigeon or anything else that is considered a varmint at any time on a wma. They just act like nobody can control themselves from poaching a deer if they allow you to carry a gun on a wma out of season. I have never heard a legitimate reason. I agree 100%

The small south Ga town I grew up in would hold annual Jan. 1st pigeon shoots in the downtown district. The police dept ran it. We would sit on top of buildings and shoot them. They stopped the shoots in the mid 80's.
