I was out in Clay County today and I saw a young buck sniffing on a doe. Could this be an indication of an early rut? smile

There will be a slight spike in testostereone that triggers antler hardening/velvet shedding. I noticed a bunch of fresh scrapes and some light rubbing this past Thursday while filling my feeders.
