http://tbo.com/news/panther-track-in-polk-viewed-as-good-sign-20140831/Some news on panthers in Florida and some FACTUAL information instead of the crazy black panther 'eyewitness' stories we read here, lol. It's VERY rare for these cats to leave the Big Cypress, especially when it's their prime habitat. Some northerly incursions by males, but again, it's rare for one to make it north of I-4, which is a line from Tampa east to Orlando then over to Daytona on the east coast. Awesome critters they are, but they aren't roaming Alabama.

Got damnit people!!!!! As few as there are in FL there are HUNDREDS of trail cam pics and a few get run over in FL every year. NOW THEN, where are the trail cam pics from AL and where are the road kills? THERE AREN'T ANY BECAUSE YOU AREN'T SEEING PANTHERS IN AL PERIOD AND YOU SURE AS HELL AREN'T SEEING BLACK PANTHERS CAUSE THEY DON'T EXIST. SO WE EITHER HAVE A BUNCH OF BLIND BASTARDS ON ALDEER OR THE DRUG PROBLEM IS GETTING OUT OF HAND THERE

If you’re a common sense person, you probably don’t feel you have a home in this world right now. If you’re a Christian, you know you were never meant to.

Well it is official. There are no panthers in Alabama. Some guys on ALDeer said so. Glad we could help

Florida puts shock collars on them to keep them out of Alabama, but they will slip up into Georgia.
Grandma said...Always keep a gun close at hand, you just never know when you might run across some varmint that needs killing...

I thought Al installed an under ground panther fence on the state line years ago. A prototype to the invincible dog fence.

They spray them with shooters secret spray so they can't track deer in alabama and they have to return home to Florida or they will starve. lmao Shooters Secret Spray will be talked about for awhile.
