I love Starkville and not sure why it gets a bad rap, especially here on the board with all the so called country loving folks. All gave some good suggestions. Fur, I stop in SC everytime I go through. Great store, well organized and very clean. The refuge is a lot of fun and you can normally see a bunch of BIG gators. Little Dooey's has some of the best BBQ you'll ever eat and it's always great to finish it off with some ice cream from campus. Starkville is very inviting for out of towners and I'd bet half the people that hate on it have never been there. I greatly enjoyed my time living there.
