Absolute cheapest seems like it would be wheat. One 50lb bag to the acre. Should be $8-9/ bag. i aint seen any kind of wheat that cheap in a long time . for wheat you need at least 2 bushels to the ac , thats two sacks or 120lbs I bought feed wheat for $7.95 a bag in Northport last week. They'll sprout just fine. I'm sure the seed grade isnt a whole lot more.
