I think any reasonable amount of money would be worth it for a club who doesn't have turkey hunters. As N2 said it helps offset costs, etc. Also, a lot of the time you never know the turkey hunter was even there other than maybe a tire track. Turkey hunters aren't putting up stands, blinds, etc like deer hunters would be. Every turkey hunter I hunt with leaves the place undisturbed and better than they found it.
