The land manager has not returned my phone call. I'm trying to set up an appointment to look at the property.

To everyone that has PM'd me and posted on here with interest this deal is a slim possibility to happen. The property is under a bid system and once I bid on the place and win I'm on the hook for over 9K. It will be hard for me to do that even though I have the money. My wife is laid back as they come but I'd be in the dog house if I could not recover that amount of money in a timely manner.

My issue is I know everyone that joins would like to see the property before paying. I would have it no other way!! I am dealing with a short time frame here and the land manager isn't being very helpful either. I'm still working it as I hope it doesn't lease before the dead line and I will have more time.
