I am not familiar with a Swift scope at all, but what is it that makes them so desire able. I have a couple of them on some 22s we shoot squirrels with and they are OK at best.. Mine are 3 x 9 and I was just curious.
I can't stand a thief.

Winner winner.... I have a Swift 3-9x40 Model No.656M, it has a light ring marks but you don't seem like the kinda guy to worry about minor imperfections. Glass is perfect. Shoot me a PM and we can make a deal. I'm in Jasper also.
You're only as good as your worst shot-
