I dont have any "drawing's", but I can give you some ideas. I have built aprox 24 shooting houses over the past few years , and have tried several different options. The following works best for me: Start with the floor , framing with treated 2X6's ,4'x6'(outside measurments.. use treated 2x4 for center braces. Use 3/4 ply wood for floor. -Attach 2x2 corners to top of floor , flush to outside edge. Decide the height you want ( I use 6'4" for front wall, 6'2" for back wall.attach 2x2 across front , back and sides , making sure everthing is square. Put on Sides next(7/32 OSB, slick side out), extending all the way down the side including the 2X6. Next put on the front dont worry about windows at this time.Frame the door on the back right side (hinges on left side of door) I make mt door opening 26" wide. FRame the door with 2x2 . Leave 1 1/2 overhang on right side of door. cut off the bottom at top of 2x6 floor frame.Put on last half of the back. Now to cut out the windows, I like 39" from floor to bottom of window. Draw out window cut outs , 11.5 inches tall x 23.5 inches wide.Cut out windows with skill saw. frame in windows using 2x2 on out side of house ,for top and bottom of side and front windows , use 2 , 6'piece,and 4 , 4' pieces.IMPORTANT to install on OUTSIDE of house. You want flush wall on inside.Paint the house inside and out olive green. Go to lowes and get cheapest plexi glass cut 12"x 24".To make window hinges ,use black Gorilla tape(Duct) Apply tape to top of window , using half of the tapes width on the plexiglass, put on 2 layers. Attach window to the inside of the house with heavy duty staple gun. This will hold them in place until you can put in some 1/2' screws through the tape. The windows will flip up to the inside. you can make window latches with 3" pieces of 1x2.

I'm building one right now. But mine are all 8x8 and framed like a house with 2x6 joists and rafters. 2x4 studs for wall 3/4 plywood on floor with 1/2 on sides and either tin or shingles on side. Costs more upfront but my grand kids will be able to hunt out of them. They ain't going nowhere.

I know a lot of guys in construction so I pick up scraps and leftovers the only thing I've bought for this house is 20 studs. I'll have everything else to finish. So I really don't know how much it would cost to build one. I could figure it up.
