It would be fun if we could have a two night campout this summer somewhere in the middle of the State.
Somewhere to fish off of a bank and just have some quality time with other Aldeer members and their family's. It should be wife and children friendly so everyone has a good time. I bet it would be fun and probably some of the best camp food ever cooked would be there. Some of you Big Green Egg guys could show us how great they really are. I'm sure everyone would pitch in to finance supplies. I have two 8ft tables I could bring for example. I'll bring plenty of Blount County tomatoes and plenty of ground beef for burgers and some beans for one night's cooking. We would need breakfast food too. Everyone could bring their own steak and potato for Steak Night! A canoe would be nice for the kids to ride in during the day. Why don't we start trying to get something together like this. We have plenty of time to chose a date and location that will work for most of us. We can get it organized for when the weather warms up! We want it to be pleasant outside.
Do y'all think this is a good idea? Any suggestions will be appreciated! Heck we might even send a team out with the kids to call up a Squatch!

How about Foscue Park in Demopolis. Camp hookup motels water where you can fish.

There are a few places to camp in demopolis we could camp fish and turkey hunt on wma and core land if we went in turkey season.
