Get some alka seltzer and wait till you see him coming...Pop the alka seltzer... when he gets to his stand get on your hands and knees and start barking and growling.The foaming of the mouth will scare him away. Unless of course your neighbor is TChunter. In that case it will just turn him on.

I dont see an issue with it as long as the two property owners understand the placement of each others stands. Keeping in contact about the situation would make sense to me. Rifle hunting within 70 yards of someones stand can be an issue though. Look at the story from Jan 4 on AON. Over 600 yards apart and the man was shot. http://www.aonmag.com/article.php?id=3058&cid=158Never hurts to play it safe. No deer is worth not being careful.
