This was a project I started back during the summer. Its been finished for a while but I hadn't gotten around to sharing. It was pretty fun to do and my 9 year old helped. Good father son time. No comments on the color please, my wife picked this I had no say in it. Its her and the kids cart not mine.
New Batteries, 6 inch Allsports lift, 23" tires, 12" wheels, New seat covers

Stripped down and preasure washed

Front Lift Installed

A little body work and dry fit to see what its gonna look like.

Onto the paint booth at my office

Looks great...color...??? I understand. Do have a question since you have gone through the process. With initial purchase, time, labor, materials...do you think this was cheaper than just buying one complete and ready to ride? If I may ask, what do you have in as it sits regarding money?

I have about 3100 in this cart. In actual cost. All the work was done by me, so no cost figured for labor. You could find one already finished for a little more I would imagine. I already had the cart and thought it would be a fun project. The 3100 includes the cart, lift, wheel/tires, new batteries, new seat covers.

Man that is sweet. I think the color is cool for a wife/kids scoot around cart. Just think, when they get tired of it, it will be easy to camo out!

Good job.

Two years? I would already have the paint on hand because she would be done in a few months. I also like the paint color for a yard cart. It reminds me of my dads 55 chevy he just finished.

The 55 Chevy color is what she was going for.
