I have shot 100 grain Thunderheads for the last 10 years (entire time I have bowhunted), and can say from experience they fly well, are plenty sharp right out of the plastic, and offer excellent penetration.
There isn't a bit of difference in them and Muzzie's as far as being lethal to a deer. They will both do well.

They are both very good. Just keep them sharp!

I started out shooting Thunderheads when I was 17. 5 years later I changed over to Muzzies and continued shooting Muzzies for over 25 years, until a fellow aldeer member convinced me to try Slick Tricks. It did not take me but one day to decide to give them a try after practicing with them. The blood trail and flight consistency of Slick Tricks fixed broadheads are unmatched in my opinion. I still like Muzzies and have nothing bad to say about them, but I will continue shooting Slick Tricks for years to come.

I agree with muzziehead. Out of the 2 you named, I'd shoot the Muzzy's. I personally shoot the Slick Trick's and like them better than either.
