I just found a frozen breast from April 2023 in my freezer that I'd forgotten about.........it's been frozen (at 0*, if it matters), since the day I killed it. Wrapped it tightly in a few layers of plastic wrap, then a ziplock freezer bag with all the air pressed out, so freezer burn should be minimal.

Would y'all eat it or toss it?

Eat after the freezer burn was cut off as long as it’s just a small amount on the outside.

Better eat it. No telling how long it will be before you have another one to cook. Just saying
