Labor, materials, and installed will be right at $20-22 a block. Gravel for base will be extra if a lot of backfill is needed. This includes geogrid, fabric, glue, block/caps, and wall pipe. A block is 8" thick and 18" long. You'd need 180 blocks per line then a 4" cap. It would be roughly 14-17k installed probably. Material cost would probably run 9-10k.

Why not gabion baskets?
For that height and length, I would do gabion baskets situated around 8 foot T-posts driven to desired height (easy with a skid steer or tractor), then filled with river rock, 3-7" diameter.
