A few days ago a friend of mine, a farmer’s wife, was on Facebook telling of getting a package from Fed Ex and the driver gave a sob story about being really hungry and broke and asking for $10 to get something to eat. I read this and thought it must just be an anomaly but a bunch of people in the same rural Dallas Co. area have reported that he’s done the same thing to them. These people depend on getting the parts they’ve ordered as quickly as they can in order to make a living so it is almost as though this driver is extorting them. Since Fed Ex has farmed out deliveries, let’s see how they handled this.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Sounds like he’s running a game like he’s getting a tip or something Foolish to think doing it numerous times in the same area that people wouldn’t talk
When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself The older I get the better I used to be

I have a friend in Lowndes County but close to Dallas. I wonder if it's the same driver. I'm not sure he's asked for money or not, but I know he's asked for food and drink.

That guy is likely part of the same FedEx crew out of Montgomery that I have had to call the law on twice for package theft. My packages on 2-day were being held in Montgomery and they went all kinds of places except to me for five days and FedEx refused to get my stuff and get it to me after being three days late. The scam is simple, they keep a package in limbo until the customer cancels and gets their company refund, then the package is free to be pilfered. The supervisors at FedEx never find out about the problem because their phone system is designed to keep irritated people like me away from them. So the supervisors never find out until after the crime has become a problem. Tell those folks to call the Montgomery Sheriff like I did and they will make something happen.
