Did you try Voltaren? It worked a miracle on some elbow pain i was having. Hurt for months, rubbed it on it twice and the pain was gone. Having some back/hip pain now. Its helping it but not like it did with my elbow.

I had to go to a different clinic once!

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I dealt with what I thought was tennis elbow for about a year. My wife used a maneuver our chiropractor performed on our backs and it went away. A lot of these problems are from your spine not being aligned properly. A good chiropractor can do great things. I threw my back out bad in July. Went to a dentist lace called the joint in Montgomery for an adjustment. They man handled me a little bit and I was better. Usually it takes two adjustments to get me back right. The second one was up here in Prattville. A big ole nice red bone put her hands all over me and that was nice.

It be's that way sometimes.

I try tried everything to get this to heal
The best thing was a castor oil poultice but it would only last for a few hours after removing it from being on all night

She pushed the first time and I thought I was going to pass out from the pain. In a moment of clarity I chose NOT to make mention of how painful it was for ME. Luckily I could rest between pushes and it only took about two.

lol.

My son was born March 23rd. I had gotten up at 3am and gone turkey hunting most of the day pulling hills on Choccolocco. We get ready for bed that night and I’m wore out. I now more lay my head down and my wife hollers to me to grab the bags her water broke. We get ready, call St Vincent’s and jump in the car leaving Anniston to Birmingham. We get checked in and now the adrenaline is wearing off. It’s about 4 am now and she is having contractions. She asks me to stand by the bed and squeeze her hand for counter pressure during contractions. I’m a I to pass out and in my state of delirium I made the mistake of telling her so. A few F bombs later I’m still standing by the bed doing my best to push through. lol. Luckily the nurse came by not much after and gave her the epidural block. So after about 26 hrs of being up I crashed on the couch for a couple hours and got up in time for the delivery.

I thought I had it (no doc visit) and dealt with it until it got as bad as you describe. I know the feeling of the pain picking up a drink. Mine was crazy because some items you would think would make it painfull were not bad and others like a 20 ounce drink would about bring me to my knees. Some days were normal, others as described. I was also having neck pain and what felt like a pulled muscle in my chest. I finally linked mine to lack of water. I drink 20 ounces within minutes of getting out of bed and I no longer have any problems with it. Maybe it was a coincidence, but I think that was the key for me. I cut all coffee out which helped, then added the water first thing and it all went away. I have been able to add a cup of coffee back without any problems. I am guessing the coffee is a kicker that makes lack of water a bad deal for me so I rarely have more than a cup.

If you use a keyboard a lot get a contoured keyboard. I have had it in both arms and switching keyboards cleared it up within 2 weeks both times.

I'd wait a few more, after the initial few days. Just like any other skeletal pain the steroids take away, makes you think it's "better", but it has only taken the initial pain/inflammation away. The underlying issue still exists this soon. If you try to do too much too soon, you'll be right back where you were and starting a cycle that's hard to get out of. Let it heal...been there, done that, got the t-shirt.

experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Day 2
Taking the steroid pack as prescribed
These things have me on edge and irritable
They also have me acting like a blind rat in a cheese factory
