Call me what you will but I’m in the floppy camp. Much like a good steak, the flavor is much better if it’s not well done.

I'll eat bacon at any level of done. I'd prefer it just done enough to be rigid, but if necessary, I'll eat it floppy. So will each and every one of you. If I give you a plate of floppy bacon and brussel sprouts, you'll eat that bacon and be happy for it.

My son prefers it almost burnt. My daughter, for some reason has decided she likes Turkey bacon better. My wife won't eat pork but she will eat Turkey bacon.

With ketchup too.

I'm an independent on this topic. Just between crispy and floppy is my go to. Best of both worlds.

As long as its not black or bleeding, I won't complain.

I like it just slightly able to bend but not getting crispy so that it breaks like glass when I bite it. I prefer rind on bacon these days and do get that skin crisped.

I can’t stand it when you grab a piece of bacon and it just crumbles. I like it done but on the soft side. Have seen some folks eat it just above raw and to my great surprise they didn’t get sick.
