I have done the

-silencer shop kiosk
-created an atf e form account
- purchased a surpressor
- purchased a tax stamp

What am I missing and how the heck are all these things supposed to connect to one another.

Contact your shop to ensure it’s been accepted. Should show up in your forms on e-forms.

It won't. They don't update it. Only your gunship can see it. You'll get notified through emails.

I just did mine through a silencer shop kiosk. You can go to silencer shop website (not the app)login to your account and go to your order to see your status. If they are waiting on you for something then it will show, but I got an email every step of the way when something was required from me. The final step required me to go into the local dealer to complete, but I think some can do over the phone, either way I got an email from silencer shop telling me to contact the local dealer. Now just waiting for one that says ready to pick up. Should look like this.

I been seeing some on the thermal hunting place in Warrior recently that’s having a 2 to 4 day turnaround

I think it took about 2 weeks from when I bought my tax stamp until the docs were ready for final signature and filing.

i think after ATF approval, they send a digital 4473 to esign and then notify local leo and wait 7 days before they actually mail it. But it may vary from one shop to the other, IDK

That’s who I used( the Hoover location), I would call and ask if you don’t hear anything, they have always been easy to work with. I’ve done a suppressor and a few FFLs through them. You will have to go into the store to do the certification with them which should be the final step before you go into approval period. I bought mine online through a shop in Texas then had it transferred to ptac, took me about 2 months from original purchase to getting certified.

Mine was approved yesterday 12 days from the date of purchase. My last one took 10 months.
