Easter Bunny dropped off my new grill this morning and I can’t say that it disappointed. Done a burn in cook with some ribs that have been holding space in the freezer. This one is going to be a keeper.

No doubt. These weren’t consumed and just a burn in run while we worked in the yard this evening. Sunday will be the true test .

No, they were bad freezer burnt along with all the oils and mess with the new grates. Having family over for ribs this weekend and wanted to do a sim on the new grill before pulling off a full cook for them
