Besides the dirty fingernail, looks good No doubt. These weren’t consumed and just a burn in run while we worked in the yard this evening. Sunday will be the true test .

Besides the dirty fingernail, looks good No doubt. These weren’t consumed and just a burn in run while we worked in the yard this evening. Sunday will be the true test . Those look delicious. You didn't even try them?

You didn't even try them? No, they were bad freezer burnt along with all the oils and mess with the new grates. Having family over for ribs this weekend and wanted to do a sim on the new grill before pulling off a full cook for them
