We go to a big spook house every year, Atrox since they closed Sloss. I like them pretty good but they dont scare me. I enjoy watching the wife and kids get scared. Well, tonight they all got scared and took off running. It was dark and there were also a couple of spooks there close. Those with me had ran around a corner and when i rounded the corner, they were all gone and i saw a door shutting. I just kept walking by my self. It seemed like i was going back through several rooms we had been through. I was starting to freak out a little, thinking i had done messed up, then i walked into the dark smoky room with satan standing up high arms stretched out in front of me. Im gona admit i got a little spooked. I ran back into the rest of my group right after that. I cant remember ever feeling that way in a spook house. It kinda got to me. Weird.

I don’t like messing with demonic stuff. I have not been to one of those houses in a while, but maybe that’s what bothered you as a believer.

I kinda thought the same thing. It was all fun and games till i was all alone, lost, then there was satan. It was a really weird feeling that quite frankly, i didnt know i could get in one of those places.

I don't mind a spooky house with ghosts, vampires or the zombie with a chainsaw deal but when they bring Satan or his demons into it, I'm not a player. The latters are not real but the formers are. Don't mess with that stuff.

Same way I feel about horror movies. Satan is sneaky enough to get to us on our own. Sure don’t need to be opening the door and inviting him in

Love them and love scary movies as a kid I watched children of the corn almost daily bad Santa another classic and the one with Steven Tyler moores daughter was good too

We quit the movies and all nearly three years ago. After adopting our kids from a hell hole. Our little girl was talking about the clown movie where he eats people's private parts. I cant imagine letting a child watch such as that.

Agreed... I've had enough pain in my life and struggles with demonic forces that I find no need to watch horror movies or go to scarry houses.

I don't understand people making a bid deal about Halloween either. Mrs. Irish rightly describes it correctly as a holiday to celebrate Satan.

It would be an interesting study to follow people's lives who are all into that occult stuff, piercings, demonic tattoos, horror movies, crystals, horoscopes, etc... And see just how their lives are working out. How successful are they in their relationships, finances, etc...?

I never realized how many people in my small community were actually into witchcraft until recently. It kind of turns me away from haunted houses, movies and anything resembling "celebrating" Halloween.

I live in the area.
When you say "spooks" I automatically conjure up a different demographic, especially after dark.
