Looking to take the wife somewhere different for our Anniversary. What are y'alls opinion of the 360 Grille?

Haven't been in years. Can't beat the view.

My brother and his wife went last year.

Said it was one of the best steaks he's ever had, and he's been to many famous steak houses.

Very fine view; food is ok but VERY expensive. We ate there not too long ago. The portions were quite modest, and the bill was $145.00. I'm not against the place at all, but you're paying for the nice view.

We were thinking of going next weekend for our anniversary.

Cost me and my wife $160 to eat. One of us got duck, one of us got lamb. Both looked and tasted pretty much the same. Food was certainly not worth that much but i am a hill billy so i might just not really know enough about high class food to realize i was eating something real good. It was a nice place to eat. I dont regret going at all. But we havent been back. I used to fish at the dam up there and i always looked at that place and said i sure would like to try it out. Im glad i did. Take her and have a good time. I would recommend trying to get there right before sunset. Itll take you 45min to an hour to eat and itll go around one full turn.

It was always sub par when I lived in Florence. That's been 13 plus years ago though. Ricatoni's and George's Steak Pit were always good back then.

Ate at Georges on Friday night. Steak was terrible. New owner hasnt got it right yet. Wife ordered steak and chicken and the chicken was terrible as well. I would go to Ricatoni's-never had a bad meal there and it dont cost but a fraction of what 360 costs. I also am not a fan of Italian food, but Ricatonis is good. Their house wine is also a good addition to a fine meal.

We’re going to Big Mikes I guess. Sure would love to see that view from the top though.

Go up there for drinks or desert.

According to some of my friends it has improved. It’s expensive but it is white-tablecloth restaurant just like Rays at the Bank and George’s. An old classmate is running the show at Marriott and knows luxury. It should be good would be my guess. It’s not a steakhouse by any means.

Years ago I photographed plates prepared by the chef for advertising. Fun gig paid well and we got to taste every dish. Most food dishes are not edible that you see. Lots of substitutes for real items. We shot real food!!!

Hate to hear that about George’s, heard they’d figured it out but evidently not. We don’t get out much any since Covid. Wife’s tastebuds are all jacked up so no reason I guess.
