Was thinking about putting the boat in the water this weekend this is my first year in the area. Is the fishing in and around wolfs bay any good? Or is there somewhere else in the area I should try as well?

I’d go catch sheepshead on structure in and around perdido pass and the intercoastal. You can YouTube people doing it and get more info than I could ever type out.

It's the time of year that there ought to be some trout up around there pretty good.

That was my other option. Fishing around dolphin island and the gas platforms in the bay.

Have heard reports about snook in that area recently

If your going to blend in down here its "Dauphin Island".
