The system our forefathers implemented works better than any in history if people elect representatives that will follow the constitution. Unfortunately, most vote for the candidate with the most money and the best lie. What needs fixing is term limits and stiffer penalties for elected representatives that volatile their oath.

The country has transformed into something else. If we would get back to the true constitution. We need to get rid of lobbyists and keep money out of elections and I think we would be much better off.
