Gruene Hall is on my bucket list. Mine too! It's about an hour drive, but there is not anyone playing that I am familiar with until Sat night, Stoney Larue. That's the night we are going to Bingham, may still rent a car for a day and drive up.

I wouldnt hit a dog in the hind leg with the riverwalk..an hate me if you want but ive been to the alamo like 3-4 times an it was ok the first time but i despise that place..i understand the history and heritage..but the city has turned it into the worst kind of tourist trap..i eat so much bill miller i dont think k can eat there again ever..also..whataburger is🤢🤮..and ther is like 100xthe amount of dairy queens out there..an they are all better than ive ever had here in the gump..not sure why that is..but texas is the patron state of DQ

All the Mexican or texmex i had was awesome
We tried something different on the river walk - was not dying to go there but girl friend wanted to - went to restaurant called Dicks - the servers there act like dicks/pricks after name of restaurant - I figured I would hate it cause I hate rude behavior - it was actually kind of funny and the food was good - that was 20 years ago
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

I would advise staying off the river walk for eating. It’s all just chain/touristy junk in my experience. It’s ok for a nice night walk though and maybe get a beer.
I agree, but still go and say you've been there. The Alamo is there too, although it's consumed by the city.

Esquire Bar downtown. Awesome drinks and a very cool menu. Thank me later.
Don't blame me for your bad decision-
